Okendo x Checkout Components

The integration works across all v3 upsell component types and requires no authentication tokens or API keys. Merchants with the Okendo Shopify app can enable it instantly within Checkout Components — no setup complexity, just effortless trust and higher-performing upsells.

Integrations are only available to merchants on the Pro plan of the Checkout Components app.

To enable the Okendo integration, you will need to ensure your Shopify store has Okendo as an installed app, and that it is on a paid Okendo plan.

FAQ

I enabled this integration, but reviews are not showing?

If you enabled the Okendo integration and the Okendo app is installed on your store. You need to double check that you have turned reviews on for your desired components. You can check this by going to your components and checking if the "Show reviews on recommemdnations" toggle is enabled.

It is possible that the metafields which Okendo is saving to is not available to the Shopify Storefront API or they are saved in non-standard metafield keys. Reach out to support to assist you in enabling this feature.

I want to disable Okendo reviews from showing

You can disable Okendo reviews from showing by going to your components and checking if the "Show reviews on recommemdnations" toggle is enabled. If it is, you can disable it to stop Okendo reviews from showing.

I want to change how the reviews are displayed on my components

You can change how the reviews are displayed on your components by going to the /settings/integrations page and selecting the Okendo integration. From there, you can change the display settings for your Okendo reviews.

Note: Once you have done this, you will need to update your components to use the new settings. You can do this by simply re-saving your components.
