Judge.me x Checkout Components

Judge.me is a Shopify-focused review app that helps merchants collect and display product reviews to build trust and increase sales, offering features like photo/video reviews, Q&A, and automatic review requests.

Checkout Components integration enables merchants to source Judge.me reviews to present review stars against products in the checkout. This integration is available for all upsell components.

The integration requires no authentication tokens or API keys, and is easily configured by merchants using the Judge.me app.

Integrations are only available to merchants on the Pro plan of the Checkout Components app.

Configuration

To enable the Judge.me integration, you will need to ensure your Shopify store has Judge.me as an installed app, and that it is on a paid Judge.me plan.

FAQ

I enabled this integration, but reviews are not showing?

If you enabled the Judge.me integration and the Judge.me app is installed on your store. You need to double check that you have turned reviews on for your desired components. You can check this by going to your components and checking if the "Show reviews on recommemdnations" toggle is enabled.

I want to disable Judge.me reviews from showing

You can disable Judge.me reviews from showing by going to your components and checking if the "Show reviews on recommemdnations" toggle is enabled. If it is, you can disable it to stop Judge.me reviews from showing.

I want to change how the reviews are displayed on my components

You can change how the reviews are displayed on your components by going to the /settings/integrations page and selecting the Judge.me integration. From there, you can change the display settings for your Judge.me reviews.

Note: Once you have done this, you will need to update your components to use the new settings. You can do this by simply re-saving your components.
